Say Hello to Frozen Custard.

Our story - a new path, on purpose.

Locally Rooted, Community-Minded.

We built Lucy’s to reflect what we love about our community, our pursuit of the most delicious, high-quality products, and our gritty innovation to create something fresh and beautiful. We asked ourselves what kind of work would actually nourish us. Lucy's is the answer we're building — scoop by scoop.

When you step into Lucy’s, you’re stepping into something real. Something loved. Something built from the ground up with a little hustle, a lot of heart, and our family’s pursuit of a new path to live out our values in our own neighbourhood.

Lucy’s Frozen Custard began with a spark…

Lit by Lucy, our curious, spirited 8-year-old.

Her joy, generosity, and bold ideas are at the heart of everything we do.

What started as an engineer Dad building a life-size, remote-controlled truck to sell cookies quickly grew into something bigger: a desire to work as a family to create something that is an extension of who we are and what we believe in.

So, whether you've been here once or a hundred times, we want you to feel like you're at a friend's house — just with better dessert!

‘If you took a hard scoop of ice cream, and soft serve and put the best parts of those together, that’s frozen custard,’ owner says.
