It's not ice cream. It's not soft-serve. It's frozen custard — rich, silky, slow-churned, and totally unforgettable.

Frozen custard is known for its rich, velvety, smooth texture.
Born in the American Midwest in the 1920s, it's long overdue here in Vancouver.

our story

A new path, on purpose.

Lucy's Frozen Custard began with a spark lit by Lucy - our curious, spirited 8-year-old. Her joy, generosity, and bold ideas are at the heart of everything we do.

What started as an engineer dad building a life-size, remote-controlled truck to sell cookies grew into something bigger: a desire to work as a family to create something that's an extension of who we are and what we believe in.
